Apres surf hoodie without the hood

Da ist er also, mein neuer Pullover und ich mag ihn. Die Kapuze habe ich weggelassen, zum Einen, weil die Wolle fast alle war, zum Anderen, weil Kapuzenpullover nicht so mein Ding sind. Und er ist sooo weich, dass ich ihn gar nicht mehr ausziehen mag. Zum Glück ist es hier heute nicht so warm...

It is finally done - my new sweater and i love it. I omitted the hood because I ran out of yarn, which wasn't too bad as I'm not a hoodie person anyway. It is soo incredibly soft that I don't want to take it off. Fortunately it is not too warm today...

Garn: ColourMart Alpaca/Cashmere by Todd&Duncan 4ply, ich habe das Garn doppelt verstrickt

Änderungen: Zunächst das Offensichtliche: Ich habe die Kapuze weggelassen. Die Ärmel habe ich in der Größe 43 1/2, den Rest in der Größe 39 1/2, allerdings ohne einen logischen Grund, ich konnte mich einfach zwischen den Größen nicht entscheiden. Außerdem habe ich alles rund gestrickt.

Yarn: ColourMart Alpaca/Cashmere by Todd&Duncan 4ply, knit with two strands
Needles: Addi 3 mm
Pattern: Apres Surf Hoodie by Connie Chang Chinchio, Interweave Knits Summer 2008
Modifications: Let's start with the obvious: I didn't knit the hood. The sleeves are size 43 1/2, the body 39 1/2. This war not necessary, I just couldn't make up my mind about the ease I wanted. The sleeves and the body were knit in the round.
